We ensure to only collect and process information that is strictly necessary for the intended purpose, such as behavioral analysis of website navigation or the management of a motorcycle tour subscription with Air Moto Tours.

You can access and browse the Air Moto Tours website freely without having to provide any personal information. In the context of processing your registration for one of our trips, certain personal information such as name, surname, full address, copy of passport and driver’s license, or even contact details of a relative are required. They are:

– Mandatory in order to execute the services and reservations included in your trip,

– Essential to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not have any online payment systems via the website. Furthermore, data relating to your remote payment by credit card is never stored or reproduced on any medium.

External Links to Partner Websites

The user can access, through the hyperlinks on the website, to partner websites that are not governed by this “Privacy Policy” for the protection of personal data. These third-party sites operate independently, and the user is therefore invited to review the rules applicable to the use and disclosure of information that he will communicate on these sites. This is notably the case for links to Facebook and Google+ or any other hyperlink that may be present on our website.

The data collected via the website is stored on OVH servers located in France, managed in accordance with the new regulations. All other personal data voluntarily and directly communicated to Air Moto Tours is stored on an independent private server.

In this regard, we take all necessary precautions, considering the nature of the data and the risks posed by the processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent them from being damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. Personal data related to the management of customers and prospects is only kept for the time strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship.
